A membership account is defined as two adults and their child(ren). The cost depends on your household size.

If there is availability this season, the cost to rent a membership for a three-person household (2 adults and one child) is $395 for rental fee + $335 family fee + $350.00/adult and $175.00/child, for a total of $1605. Additional children are $175 each.

We accept full payment or an initial deposit of $500 or more, with the schedule of installment payments for the balance to be mutually determined.
